CHOICE42 Marching for LIFE!

This year, we took a bus-load from Ajax, ON to Ottawa for the national March for Life. It was a great day as we gathered alongside thousands of other pro-life Canadians to take a stand for life.

One of the highlights was Felicia Simard's speech on Parliament Hill during the rally. We filmed Felicia's Story a few years ago for the first video in our 'Choose Life' series which has had a huge impact world-wide. This year, Campaign Life Coalition asked her to share her powerful story on the hill during the rally! Felicia did an amazing job at speaking and representing CHOICE42!

Another highlight was supporting CHOICE42 Director Laura Klassen as she was interviewed by EWTN and Dunn Media.

In 2016 we attended the March for Life in Ottawa for the first time. Our team was small but mighty!

This year, we sent a bus-load from Ajax, Ontario!

Our bus left bright and early from Westney Heights Baptist Church and our marchers enjoyed excellent coffee and muffin service from WHBC's Pastor Jack.

We arrived in time to join the Rally on Parliament Hill with thousands of other pro-lifers.

Paul used his height to our advantage getting our CHOICE42 signs way up there!

We ran into students from St. Edmond Campion Secondary School from Brampton, ON all sporting our CHOOSE LOVE shirts!

Our bright green gear really stood out!

Our free CHOICE42 bracelets were gone in a flash!

The March for Life was a new experience for all but one of our CHOICE42 marchers. Here's what they had to say:

“It was good and important for our girls to be there and experience the whole thing. They saw the importance of standing up for truth. They saw hatred and sin in action. They saw and heard the harsh realities of abortion. And they heard the importance of forgiveness and love. ”

Our bright green signs made it into CBC and CTV news coverage. Unfortunately, the reporting was less than great as the media reported "hundreds" rather than thousands! #BiasedMuch
