“I was an alcoholic. I was depressed and hopeless. I lost everything - my friends and loved ones. I was alone and ready to end my life when I was given a second chance for life. I went to Teen Challenge and found hope and love in Jesus. I got sober and I went to university for a year. I had plans for my life.
Then my plans were changed: I became pregnant. My husband and I didn't know how we were going to afford a child. We were living in my parents’ basement apartment, going to school, and out of work. She changed everything. We had to move, make changes and factor our lives around this new life growing inside me.
Becoming pregnant is a gift! My unplanned pregnancy's name is Sarah and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I was made to be her mom. This love is immeasurable.
